Welcome to your private heritage home in downtown Moncton, part of the Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa complex. This charming 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house offers space, character, and comfort—ideal for families, wellness stays, professionals, or longer visits.

This is a standalone home, not an apartment and not located above the spa.

The Home Layout

This is an older, well-maintained heritage house with a traditional, divided layout (not open concept), offering distinct spaces for living, dining, and relaxing.

Main Floor

The main level features a cozy living room with a 50” TV, a formal dining room, a sunroom filled with natural light, and a kitchen with an eat-in bar. One bedroom is also located on this floor, along with a convenient half bathroom.

Upper Floor

Upstairs you’ll find the primary sleeping quarters, including a spacious king bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed and in-room laundry.
The upper floor also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep soaker tub.

Guests enjoy their own private inflatable hot tub at the house. As with all inflatable hot tubs, performance may vary in very cold winter temperatures, but it is maintained regularly and available year-round.

Sparkle Shared Amenities (Seasonal)

Guests also have access to shared outdoor amenities at the Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa complex, located a short walk away. These include a seasonal pool and shared hot tub, used by other guests and spa clients. These areas are social in nature, and guests should be mindful of noise during busy hours.

Parking

Two dedicated parking spaces are available at the house, with two additional parking spaces available in the Sparkle parking lot nearby—ideal for families or groups with multiple vehicles.

Location

Located in downtown Moncton, this home offers excellent walkability to restaurants, cafés, the riverfront, and Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa. The neighborhood is central and lived-in, offering convenience over polish.

The private hot tub is inflatable and may require extra care in winter.

Shared Sparkle amenities are not private and may be active during peak hours.
